The Festival reserves the right to exclude latecomers at certain events or to admit only at a suitable point in the performance if appropriate. The Festival asks that mobile phones and audible devices be turned off at all events.

The use of cameras and other recording devices constitutes a breach of copyright and is strictly prohibited.

Fees and Charges: Tickets to Festival events may be sold through a variety of ticketing agents, each with diff ering booking fees and ticket processing charges. For the convenience of Festival patrons, prices for events listed in this brochure are inclusive of these charges for over the counter bookings. Where tickets are booked by telephone, mail or online an additional cost will be incurred and will vary from a per-transaction charge to a per-ticket charge depending on which agent is selling the ticket.

Prices published throughout the brochure include a per-ticket booking fee introduced by BOCS Ticketing. The scale of additional charges can be seen in the below table. The Festival has provided ticket packs where possible to minimise charges for Festival patrons.

Over the counter purchases at BOCS outlets do not incur a transaction fee. All mail, fax, telephone and online bookings through BOCS, Ticketek and the Festival Info Centre incur a $6.60 transaction fee. All telephone bookings can be made by credit card. If you choose to have your tickets delivered by Registered Post, an $8.80 transaction fee will apply, which is inclusive of the $6.60 transaction fee. The transaction fee is non-refundable.

No refund or exchange can be provided on tickets other than those provided for under State and Federal trading laws.

Lost or Stolen Tickets: Tickets purchased for events that have unreserved or general admission seating which are lost/stolen/not received will not be replaced. You will incur a fee for your lost ticket to be replaced; fees vary across ticketing agencies.

Friends of the Festival: Friends are entitled to discounts on two tickets for most  Festival events. Friends of the Festival ticket discounts to Lotterywest Festival Films are available on an unlimited number of tickets purchased in advance through BOCS outlets or on two tickets per entry at the door on the night of the screening.

Concessions: Students, Pensioners, Seniors and Unemployed (S/P/S/U) are entitled to Concession prices as advertised. When booking, a concession number must be provided and indentifi cation shown at the door.
