ROSE NOLAN

ART:CITY | WESFARMERS

SUITABILITY: Year K–12 Visual Arts
THEMES: Space, contrast, colour, text

In a new artistic commission in the city, Rose Nolan designs banner art for St Georges Terrace between Milligan Street and Barrack Street. Walk or drive along the one-kilometre strip as this fresh perspective for Festival time materialises in the artist's signature red and white.

Rose Nolan is highly regarded for art works employing bold graphics and text and has worked on both intimate and grand scales, producing everything from hand-crafted books to major wall paintings and constructions that play with architecture and space.
