Forgiveness, whether of oneself or another, may be the most heart-wrenching struggle a person can face. This film brilliantly portrays the anguish of two men, former Ulster VF member Alistair Little (Liam Neeson) and Joe Griffen (James Nesbitt).

Little killed Griffen's older brother during the battle between Protestant/Ulster and Catholic members of the Belfast community in the mid-1970s. Twenty-five years on, a reality TV series brings the two men together in the hope that they will face the truth and reconcile.
